the middle eastern vegan sandwich was one of the best sandwiches i've ever had. it's a hole in the wall vibe but really good food and fast service.

The sign of this place looks kinda old so I always expected it is a relatively messy counter with just take-outs - but it is actually a cute cafe with cozy ambiance. I ordered the prosciutto mozzarella panini - meets all expectation and just the thing you would crave when you order it. I would even say there might be a little bit too much prosciutto than expected. Overall a really decent sandwich cafe good for both takeouts and sitting down.

I LOVE Bite. I've only been to the NoHo location but I was excited to be in the area because I needed to grab a quick bite to eat. And this location closes at 9 pm. I always get the Shashooka ($12.52). I love the quality of food and for the price point - you can't beat it.

We were hot and hungry. Looking for a place to get a quick lunch on a Saturday afternoon. After passing a slew of places serving brunch only menu, we stumbled upon this little gem. We were warmly greeted and asked if we had been here before. When we said it was our first time, the man behind the counter walked us through the menu and recommended the combo "plates" -- (1)half sandwich with either soup or salad or (2)soup and salad. The sandwiches were wonderful and more than enough on their own to fill us up. Each came with a generous bowl of soup. Everything tasted fresh and homemade. For dessert we couldn't resist the chocolate chip cookie. We highly recommend.

I happened to be in the area around lunchtime and was looking for something quick that I could take to-go. I was thrilled to discover that there was a Bite location there, as I used to frequent one of their other spots years ago. I looked at the menu and spotted my old favorite meal - the Mediterranean Salad. The unique blend started with a base of boring lettuce, but it was topped with fun accoutrements like hummus, sautéed eggplant, roasted red pepper tapenade, Middle Eastern chopped salad, and roasted almonds. It was as delicious and filling as I had remembered. In addition, the restaurant had included a warm, fluffy pita at no extra cost. While the actual restaurant was pretty dingy and offered limited seating, I was thrilled to take my salad elsewhere to enjoy and reminisce. The man that took my order from beyond the counter was also delightful.

I really like this place! Not sure why I haven't came in after living in this neighborhood for so long. It is small and it's cozy. I like the selections on their menu. There is a soup and 1/2 sandwich that's like $11. The staff are super friendly and helpful. I walked in there amazed by the options and I ended up getting a Turkey panini and I love it! Recommend!
